In the capital of Kea, Ioulida, we built a stunning villa, with a total built-up area of 700m² with corresponding exterior configurations of 3,000m².

The view to Ioulida, but also to the Aegean Sea, from the amphitheatrical plot is amazing, and the configurations of the open spaces provide the background for unique moments. The architecture of the project has the characteristics of an island mansion, while maintaining several stone elements.
